Gastronomy is defined by its excellence in the three luxurious restaurants of the Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas in Kalathos bay, in the area of Lindos in Rhodes Island and allows guests to enjoy the finest cuisines in comfortable and elegant surroundings.

Asterias (beachfront à la carte), Poseidon (poolside lunch à la carte) and Symposium (main breakfast, lunch & dinner) grace the resort serving International and Greek cuisine.

Indulge in superb dishes of fresh seafood, exotic international dishes and the unmistakable taste of Mediterranean cuisine. The Il Cavaliere Piano Bar, two pool bars and the beach bar allow guests to unwind and relax with snacks and refreshing beverages served all day long.

The breakfast is a rich buffet of delicious hot and cold foods so as to give guests the ideal start to the day ahead, served from 7:00 – 10:30. Pancakes and omelettes are made to order and freshly prepared and cooked before you by our chef.

For dinner the main course is served by the waiters with a choice of three menus every night. Cold and warm starters, salads and desserts are arranged in and endless array of buffets.

Four times a week there are theme nights with free aperitifs and music in the Atrium courtyard. The meals according to theme nights include: Greek gastronomy, Italian, Mexican, Chinese, International and Gala dinner.

The Symposion restaurant serves dinner from 19:00 – 21:30.

The Poseidon à la carte Restaurant, the pool restaurant of the Atrium Palace Hotel under the cascading waterfalls is the ideal place for a relaxing lunch. In this pool restaurant guests may enjoy a variety of á la Carte dishes and also a "Lunch instead of Dinner" option for the half board and full board guests.

The pool restaurant is open daily from 12:00 – 16:30.

The Asterias á la Carte Restaurant is open daily from 12:00 until midnight and serves delicious à la carte Greek and International specialties as well as fresh fish and special low calorie dishes for lunch and dinner offering a dining experience of gourmet gastronomy.

Once a week the guests of the restaurant have the chance to indulge in the special Lobster Night with live music and exquisite seafood dishes.

Located on the bay of Kalathos village near Lindos in the island of Rhodes at the beachfront of the Atrium Palace Hotel, the romantic surroundings, combined with a fresh sea breeze, guarantee an unforgettable dining experience.

The Il Cavaliere Piano Bar offers guests an all day long service, with a wide variety of drinks and a small selection of snacks. Every evening the animation program of the piano bar entertains guests with a variety of shows, professional dancers, live music and games and for the children there is a mini disco every night.

The Il Cavaliere piano bar is open daily 09:00 – 02:00.

The pool bars Amphibion and Nautilus take care of our guests during their relaxation and sunbathing hours around the split-level swimming pool areas, serving refreshing beverages and snacks. With a luxurious swim-up bar guests do not even have to leave the cool waters to enjoy their drinks. Complimentary pool towels are provided at both bars.

The Amphibion pool bar as well as the Nautilus is open daily from 10:00 – 18:00.

The beach bar, by the crystal blue waters of the Mediterranean Sea, on Kalathos bay, in the area of Lindos offers our guests a selection of drinks and snacks and delicious freshly baked pizzas. Enjoy tranquil moments with a beautiful view of Kalathos beach and the fresh sea breeze.
